Refund policy

We work with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment company, to create and ship our products. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different than traditional stores.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order (e.g., misprint, damage, or wrong item). All products are made to order, which means we do not keep inventory and cannot restock returned items.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@printful.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out right away so we can work with Printful to make it right. Printful covers the cost of replacements for damaged or misprinted products within 30 days of receiving your item.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, change of mind, etc.)

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Incorrect address submissions

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order (size, defect, etc.), we will work with Printful to provide a replacement if eligible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or misprinted items. Once your issue is approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
